Cozy and spacious Villa Eriksberg on the island of Kråkö by the sea. There is a bridge connection to the island. From the villa's living room there is a direct view of the sea. There is also two large sea side terraces, where you can enjoy the sun throughout the day. 15 km south of Porvoo, Suomenlahti 40 m, deep clay bottom, pier. Rowing boat shared with another villa. The draft of the fairway is approx. 1.5 m. Two-story wooden villa 2012, downstairs living room (TV), kitchen, bedroom with double bed, washroom/toilet, utility room (washing machine and dryer). Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, all with a double bed, two with one separate bed, sofa bed for two and TV in the hall, toilet, sauna (electric heater), 2 showers in the washroom, dressing room, balcony for cooling off. Upstairs, awning and air heat pump. There is underfloor heating in all rooms. Solar energy is also used to heat the villa. Children's equipment: travel cot, high chair, there is a baby gate at the bottom of the cottage stairs. Additional information: Wi-Fi, there is a spacious barbecue shed in the yard and a garage for two cars.The reservation includes 3 firewood in a wooden basket. There is an 8-person hot tub available for rent at 250 e/weekend or 350 e/week incl. towels between 1.6. and 1.11. The hot tyb is rented already filled and heated (it will be heated by four o'clock on the day of arrival, the customer will take care of the further heating of the palju himself). The price includes 3 carrying baskets of firewood. The reservation must be made two weeks before arrival. A SUP board is also available for rent for 150 euros. The ferry must be booked no later than two weeks before the start of the holiday. Note! The property is rented only to families, couples and other people who are spending a peaceful vacation. The property is not rented to groups of people under the age of 25. Bookings include final cleaning and bed linen according to the number of persons indicated (in new bookings made after 13.9.24). In the spring of 2025, a courtyard house will be completed in the yard of the cottage, with 3 bedrooms, shower, toilet, sauna, outdoor swimming pool, the use of the courtyard house is included in the price. Haikko Manor is on the opposite shore. For more information about restaurant and spa services www.haikko.fi Front yard of the villa is large and it is suitable for eg. different games. In the summer customers can find some games in the villa (eg. Mölkky, croquet, badminton game). Starting from June 2017 there is also a sand box for children to play in. The front garden has outdoor lights with twilight. Boat trip to Haikko Manor is approx. 800 m. The manor has a free public pier. Behind the villa's backyard there is country road, which is not a major inconvenience. On the Kråkö island there has been a tradition to built wooden boats. In past there has been over 20 boat builders at best times. There is a boat carving museum on the island. The museum is possible to visit only by separate agreement / payment. Summer Market every Friday about 4 km away (at 15 - 18.00). Porvoo 15 km. Porvoo Golf course 17 km, Rönnäs golf course 17 km, Virvik golf course 21 km. Kokonniemi small ski resort 18 km. Helsinki 60 km, Loviisa 50 km, Kotka 80 km. Villa's owner speaks Swedish, Finnish, English, German and some Spanish. Security deposit payment 200 € in cash upon arrival.
