You'll enjoy a magnificent view directly to Saana fell, enhancing the sauna experience even further. The bathroom has two showers, and there's also a small dressing room and WC. The apartment's terraces face both south and north, allowing you to choose your preferred spot for enjoying the morning sun with a cup of coffee or for evening gatherings. Additionally, the apartment includes an electric car charging point. Pets are welcome, so you can bring the whole family to enjoy a holiday in the magnificent nature of the village of Kilpisjärvi. The use of the charging point (type 2) and rental arrangements are to be agreed upon with the owner. Guests are required to bring their own cable for charging. The apartment was completed in May 2024. The sauna sections of the detached house are adjacent, so the other areas of the villas do not have neighboring walls. Access to the sauna area is through the terrace. The village of Kilpisjärvi offers a wide range of services, including a large grocery and general store, fuel sale, numerous tourism companies, activity services, guides, excellent restaurants, and an Alko liquor store, among others. The high fells and the wilderness area of Käsivarsi offer excellent opportunities for various nature activities. Ski trail network and snowmobile trail of Kilpisjärvi are nearby.
