It is especially suitable for families with children, as there are plenty of toys, games, and books for children. The TV on the upper floor is reserved for gaming only, and there is a PlayStation 4 console with three games. For nostalgic music lovers, there is a vinyl record player. The apartment also has a fast 100 M fiber optic connection. The large yard has plenty of room for children to play and move. There is also a swing and a playhouse. It is possible to go to Joensuu by boat. The snowmobile route runs on the ice of the lake near the holiday home. Approx. 5 km distance to the public swimming beach in Roukalahti and the beach located in Liperi municipality center. If you want more fast-paced action, Rallycross track is 25 km away in Ylämylly. The outdoor activity center of Pärnävaara, 22 km away, offers versatile outdoor activities. There are numerous ski trails, hiking and biking trails, and downhill biking trails. Kontiolahti biathlon stadium is 48 km away. In addition to the frozen first-snow ski trail and biathlon, there are other activities. Mustavaara ski slopes 54 km, Koli 93 km. Disc golf course in Liperi 5 km. Within 32 km in Joensuu, there are also activities like par3 golf course and bowling and padel halls.
