50 km east of Varkaus, Lake Saimaa/Säynelahti Bay 70 m, hard, gently deepening sanded gravel-clay bottom, own boat. Hand carved log cabin 1950, totally renovated and inner side paneled 2014. Combined kitchen-living room, alcove (5 m ², no window) with double bed, loft with 2 beds, sauna, toilet and shower cubicle in the washroom, terrace (50 m²). Cottage in rocky slope, yard in natural state, below field area and 100 m² flat area for example yard games. Steep and narrow stairs to the loft. Fine, large covered terrace. Tumble-dryer and air source heat pump. Path to the shore goes through the fields. Campfire site on the shore. Local road goes 30 m from the cottage, trees and shrubs between cabin and road. The roar of the rapid Säynätkoski can be heard (distance 300 m). Rowing boat and 4 life jackets for free use. Pets are not allowed but sometimes owner's dog visits the cabin so it is not suitable for people with animal allergy. Children's playground, playing field and grill shelter in general use in 500 m from the cabin (free to use also for cabin clients). Das Haus ist perfekt für einen ruhigen und gleichzeitig sehr komfortablen Urlaub in der schönen finnischen Seenlandschaft. Das Haus ist klein, aber der verfügbare Platz perfekt genutzt und das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Unser Lieblingsort war die wunderschöne große überdachte Terrasse auf der man bei jedem Wetter sitzen konnte und auf der wir einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf den Kermajärvi-See hatten. Auch die hauseigene Sauna, die sich an das Bad anschließt, haben wir täglich genutzt und sehr genossen. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit zurück kommen! Abgesehen von den Stromschnellen, die draußen zu hören sind, ist es absolut still. Der See ist riesig groß und mit dem hauseigenen Ruderboot schön zu erkunden. Man kann hier in quasi unberührter Natur sehr gut entspannen. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief einfach und kompliziert und mit dem Navi war das Haus trotz abgeschiedener Lage prima gut zu finden. Alles war außerdem sehr sauber bei unserer Ankunft. Uneingeschränkt weiter zu empfehlen!
